Jurisprudential Issues that consist of Three Parts according to the Shafi’is in the book (Taharah) concerning the issues related to using water in(Al-Bayan) book by Al-Omrani (dead 558 AH) and their impact in the fatwas of the contemporaries: A comparative study

This study dealt with the Jurisprudential issues that consist of three parts according to Shafi’is in Al-Bayan book by Al-Omrani (dead 558 AH) Taharah and its impact on fatwas contemporaries, a comparative study, because Imam (may Allah have mercy him) was an ascetic pious Imam, benevolent scholar, well-known for his jurisprudence principles, speech grammar. He born Yemen, they called him Sheikh Shafi’is, people Yemen. mentioned Al-Bayan, which is one important books most aspects this book, it known differ from sayings, these words are Shafi’i him). There two sayings respect; is, old saying new one. While concerning aspects, represent opinions companions Al-Shafi’i based origins rules. These may be their diligence sometimes not rules, doctrine, but attributed owner. Therefore, researcher selected four “Al- bayan” Al-Omrani(may them) Taharah, related water, knowledge other doctrine agreed those Shafi’is.
